John Abraham said for the first time after the release of the film, "We got what we wanted"
John Abraham's 'Attack' could not last long at the box office in front of the buzz of SS Rajamouli's film 'RRR'. The film, which opened at the box office with Rs 3.51 crore, raked in only Rs 8 crore on its first weekend. After the film flopped, now actor John Abraham has shared a post on his social media account. In this post, John has thanked the fans for the appreciation his film 'Attack Part 1' has received. John Abraham wrote, "Thank you so much for all the appreciation we have received for the film! Thank you for accepting something new and different. Attack was an honest, humble experiment on our part to give the industry something fresh and innovative. It was challenging to film amidst the three waves of the pandemic, but we got what we wanted. I am proud of this film. Thanks once again for the sincere effort put in by each and every member of the team on the film Attack."
The film 'Attack', which earned 3.5 crores on the opening day, has earned only Rs 11 crores in its first five days. According to the report, the film has collected around Rs 1 crore on its sixth day. The film is an action thriller, directed by Lakshya Raj Anand and is said to be inspired by true events.
